How time flies
As I approach the last week of the Residency….I reflect back and think of what I initially set out to do and then five months later, what I ended up doing…
My work - what I have produced, how I perceive, and how I have developed personally as a female British photographer of Indian origin has been influenced by the mesmerizing, restless, ever-changing yet deep-rooted in it’s many traditions place that is commonly known as Incredible India.
A place that never fails to disappoint. A child’s smile that makes you forget the crazyness that sometimes take over!

Attended the first ever Delhi Photo Festival this week. Some great stuff…you can checkout on delhiphotofestival.com/.
I loved the crazyness of Pahar Gang, the ambiance of the cool bars and restaurants in Khan Market and Defence Colony..and the fusion of the India that I’ve known to the one I’m getting to LOVE!

A week in the Capital of the state - Chennai opened my eyes to an India I hadn’t seen before. It was very much ‘New India’ - to me anyway! A place that grows on you the more time you spend there…
The next few images are a snapshot of my time there….
